The AFD would like to request all the Division Heads to submit their IT Equipment Inventory as soon as possible in order to carryout the survey of the equipments and to surrender the old ones that are completely out of order and those to be repaired if in case of  working condition after the maintenance. The sample form has been circulated to all the heads and you are reminded once again for the submission.
